Description

The South African Reserve Bank issued South African Rand banknotes in 9 different denominations. Including this 10 South African Rand banknote (Rhino type 1993). Apart of this they are part of the withdrawn South African Rand banknotes series. The South African Reserve Bank started issuing these 10 South African Rand banknotes in 1993. They were withdrawn from circulation in 2012.
Secondly the 1993 10 rand banknote from South Africa, with the rhinoceros on the front. Have ram’s head and cattle grazing on the reverse. It is very similar in appearance to the 2005 issue.
